Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent in his impugned order dated 19.05.2010 in W.D.C.No.T.P.PPA/WDC06/06293 /2009, quash the same and further direct him to consider the petitioner's application for planning permission within the time limit to be fixed by this Court. 2. Mr.V.Bharathidasan, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for disposal. 3. Petitioner challenges the proceedings of the second respondent whereby the planning permission was returned as not considered for non submission of certain documents set out therein. Petitioner states that similarly placed neighbour has been given the planning permission and the petitioner has chosen for hostile discrimination. 4. Petitioner is given liberty to make a detailed representation in writing to the second respondent and resubmit the application with all relevant records so as to enable the authority to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law. 5. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
