JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J. Mr. P.P. Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has now been gainfully engaged with effect from 28th January, 2004, the present petition is rendered infructuous. Consequently, the same is dismissed having become infructuous, so also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
