JUDGMENT : R.B. Misra, J The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- “i) That a writ in the nature of certiorari may kindly be issued and Office order dated 22.12.2010 contained in Annexure P-6 may kindly be set aside and quashed. ii) That the respondent No.2 may kindly be directed to transfer the respondent No.4 to some other school against any person who is senior in stay and has never been posted in tribal area. iii) In alternate it is humbly prayed that if this Hon’ble Court does not find favour for the prayers made hereinabove, in that eventuality the respondent No.2 may kindly be directed not to transfer the present petitioner to the tribal area, rather the respondent No.2 may kindly be directed to transfer the present petitioner to school which falls under soft area. iv) That the cost of writ petition may kindly be ordered to be paid.” 2. After the arguments were over, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present writ petition, hence the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, so also the pending applications, if any. However, no liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order dated 22.12.2010 before this Court afresh in future.
