Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petitions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice if the impugned proceedings of the respondent, dated 30.7.2010, are set aside and the matters are remitted back to the respondent to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on considering the objections filed by the petitioner, on 22.6.2010 and 23.6.2010. 2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has no objection for this Court passing such an order. 3. Hence, the impugned proceedings of the respondent, dated 30.7.2010, relating to the assessment years 2006-07, 2007-08 and 2008-09, are set aside. However, it is made clear that it would be open to the respondent to pass appropriate assessment orders for the relevant years, on merits and in accordance with law, by considering the objections, dated 22.6.2010, and 23.6.2010, filed by the petitioner and by considering the documents to be submitted by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from today. The writ petitions are ordered accordingly. No costs. Connected M.P. Nos. 1,1 and 1 of 2011 are closed.
