Judgment :- 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect. 2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No.2 of 2010 is closed.
