JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J . The Writ Petition is filed with the following prayers: “a) That the impugned order of eviction dated 8.4.2010 passed by the respondent No.3 as Collector in case No. 36/2007 titled as DFO Versus Budh Ram may kindly be declared as illegal and be quashed and set-aside. b) That the order dated 09-12-2010 passed in appeal No. 285/2010 by the respondent No.4 upholding the Order dated 8-4-2010 be also set-aside and quashed.” 2. After having heard the counsel for sometime, liberty is sought to withdraw the writ petition so as to approach the appropriate forum for the relief. The learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the impugned order may be kept in abeyance for few days so as to enable him to work out the relief as above. The petitioner may approach the third respondent in that regard. 3. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, so also the pending applications, if any.
