JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “(i) The respondents may be ordered to grant work charge status to the petitioners from the date when they completed 10 years service with all the benefits incidental thereof such as full back wages, seniority and pay fixation etc. 2. According to the petitioners, their case is covered by the judgment of this Court in CWP No. 1594 of 2008, titled Man Singh versus The State of H.P. and others along with connected matters, dated 27.7.2009. The learned Addl. Advocate General submits that the factual position will have to be verified. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent/competent authority to look into the matter and after verifying the facts take appropriate action in accordance with law in light also of the judgment, referred to above, within four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment and a copy of the judgment, referred to above, along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner concerned. 3. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s) if any.
