Judgment :- 1. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. A letter, dated 25.03.2011, has also been given to that effect. 2. In view of the letter given by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No cost.
