JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J. The petitioner has already made a representation for the redressal of his grievance. Mr. R.P. Singh, learned Assistant Advocate General submits that the case of the petitioner has been referred to the Government vide communication No. IPH ES-III-JEs-Seniority list (civil) Vol.-VIII/10-4731, dated 7.9.2010. However, the final decision is still awaited. 2. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 1 to decide the representation made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order, within a period of two months after production of a certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. No costs. The pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
