JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Petitioner has made representation for the redressal of his grievance that his case be considered for regularization against the vacant post of Junior Draughtsman instead of Helper. The representation made by the petitioner was duly recommended by the Executive Engineer as per Annexure-PD to the Superintending Engineer, Operation Circle, HPSEB, District Kullu. However, till date no decision has been taken on the representation and recommendations made by the Executive Engineer on 15.12.1998. 2. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Superintending Engineer, Operation Circle, HPSEB, Kullu to decide the representation made by the petitioner by passing a speaking/detailed order, within a period of two months after the production of certified copy of this judgment. No costs.
