Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent, had placed before this Court, a communication, dated 23.03.2011, received from the respondent, stating that the original certificates in question had been handed over to the petitioner. 2. In such circumstances, since, no further orders are necessary, this contempt petition stands closed. No cost.
