JUDGMENT V.K.Sharma, Judge The petition has been filed on the following prayers vide para 7(i) to (iv):- “(i) That the impugned Annexure : A-5, dated 3.8.2004 may be quashed and set aside. (ii) That the respondents may be directed to permit the applicant to discharge his duties as Lecturer in the subject of Pol. Science at Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Chanju, District Chamba (HP); (iii) That the respondents may be directed to regularize the services of the applicant as Lecturer in the subject of Pol. Science w.e.f. 23.10.2000 with all consequential benefits like arrears of salary, seniority etc.; (iv) That the respondents may be directed to release the salary of the applicant for the winter breaks w.e.f. the year 2000 onwards and to pay arrears thereof alongwith interest @ 18% per annum” 2. The Original Application (OA) was filed before the erstwhile Administrative Tribunal. On abolition of the said Tribunal it was received in this Court and has been registered as CWP(T) No. 11264 of 2008. 3. There is no reply as yet. 4. The petition was filed as far back as on 10.10.2004. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is disposed of with the observation that in case the petitioner still has any surviving grievance, he shall be free to make a representation along with copy of this judgment to respondents/competent authority within one month from today, who shall consider the same and take a final decision in the matter within next three months in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, if so desired. 5. The petition, as also pending CMP(s), if any, stand disposed of.
