JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Mr. Adarsh Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment shall be considered, strictly as per the seniority, in the category to which he belongs. 2. Consequently, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment according to the seniority. It is made clear that in the eventuality of the case of petitioner being considered, bar of age will not come in his way. Needful be done within a period of two months after the production of certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. No costs.
