Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the order passed by the second respondent in his Letter No.SE/Mettur EDC/HT/Asst.2/F.HTSC. No.132/D245/2011 dated 9.3.2011 in respect of H.T. Service Connection No.132, and quash the same. 2. Mr.J.Ravindran, learned counsel appears for the respondents electricity board. 3. The main relief sought for by the petitioner was to extend the time to pay the bill amount till 31.3.2011 and that benefit was given to the petitioner by this Court, as per order dated 22.3.2011, but, however, the petitioner states that he could not make the payment as the authorities already disconnected the electricity service connection. Even so the petitioner could have complied with the order of this Court so as to enable this Court to show indulgence. Since the payment has not been made as directed by this Court, this Court finds no reason to grant the relief sought for by way of extension of any further time. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
