JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “ i. That writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner for regularization as Mali/Chowkidar since August 2009, on which date the petitioner has completed eight years service with all consequential benefits.” 2. It is seen that the petitioner has submitted representation, P-12 before the second respondent. There will be a direction to the second respondent to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
