JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J. It is not in dispute that the present lis is covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in Mohinder Kumar and Ors. Versus State of H.P. & Others,CWP(T) No.7171 of 2008, decided on 22nd July, 2010. 2. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed. It is held that the petitioners are entitled to the pay scale of ` 1800-3200 w.e.f. 1.1.1986 at par with their counterparts in other departments of the State. The respondents are directed to release the pay scale of ` 1800-3200 to the petitioners with all consequential benefits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment, which shall be furnished by the petitioners to respondent No.1. The pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No costs.
