JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. These writ petitions are filed with the identical prayers, one set of such prayers is as follows:- “(A) That a writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner for the conversion into daily waged Chowkidar w.e.f. 1.1.2004, as per instructions dated 27.2.2004 issued by the Chief Secretary to the Govt. of H.P. with all consequential benefits like arrears of wages.” 2. The petitioners are working as part-time Revenue Chowkdars. The State Government in its wisdom has framed a scheme to grant daily wage status to the part-time workers on 27.2.2004. The respondents are directed to consider the cases of the petitioner(s) for giving the status of daily wager within eight weeks from today in light of above scheme. These writ petitions stand disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
