JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The issue raised in this petition pertains to the claim for statutory bonus. There will be a direction to the respondents to extend similar treatment to the petitioner herein also, as has been done in Annexure P-1, Krishan Gopal and others vs. H.P.S.E.B. and others (CWP No. 5365 of 2010), decided on 30.8.2010. Needful shall be done within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the respondents. 2. The writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
