JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. Writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “ It is therefore respectfully prayed that keeping in view the facts & circumstances of the case & in view of the submissions made herein above the present petition may kindly be allowed and the respondent may kindly be directed by way of issuing the writ of mandamus to decide the representation of the petitioner which has been made by her in larger public interest which would not only help the respondent to achieve the object & purpose of the scheme for which it has been issued but surely it will help the respondent in appointing suitable, well qualified, professionally trained persons, who will prove as assets to the department & will definitely help the respondent department to improve the results of Anganwadi centres through out the State of Himachal Pradesh, with a further direction to the respondent to consider the suggestion/request of the petitioner for carrying out asuitable/necessary amendment in the recruitment & promotion rules for the post of Anganwadi Supervisor & in the interest of justice.” 2. Annexure P-7, representation is pending before the respondent. There will be a direction to the respondent to look into Annexure P-7, consider the same on merits by adverting to the submissions made in the writ petition and take appropriate action in accordance with law and justice within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. In case the petitioner requests for an opportunity of hearing, the same shall also be granted to her. 3. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
