JUDGMENT Deepak Gupta, J. 1. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.4 Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat Mangsu, Tehsil Kumarsain be directed to accept the joining report of the petitioner. 2. The respondent-State initially issued an order on 1.9.2005 appointing the petitioner as Part-time Water Carrier under Clause 12 of the Part-time Water Carrier Scheme on the ground that she was a disabled person. Respondent-4 did not accept the joining report of the petitioner mainly on the ground that the disability of the petitioner was only temporary and not permanent. After the petition was filed, the respondent-State withdrew the order of appointment on the ground that the petitioner was not covered under the scheme since her disability was only temporary and not permanent. I have personally gone through the disability certificate and it shows that the disability of the petitioner was only temporary in nature. Such a person is not covered under Clause 12 of the Scheme and therefore, the petitioner is not entitled to any relief. The petition is accordingly rejected. No costs.
