JUDGMENT Deepak Gupta, J. 1. By means of this petition the petitioner has prayed that the order dated 3.2.2006 whereby she was transferred from Ghumarwin to Bilaspur be quashed and set-aside. 2. The petition was filed in the year 2006. No stay was granted in favour of the petitioner. More than four years have elapsed. Hence, the petition itself has become infructuous 1QAD and is disposed of accordingly.
