Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner is willing to pay the entire amount of Rs.3,80,604/-, due to be paid by the petitioner towards the excess charges, for the excess consumption of electricity, over and above the peak our quota, in six equal monthly instalments, as per the impugned notice of the third respondent, dated 21.3.2011. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents have no objection for this Court passing such an order. 4. Hence, the petitioner is permitted to pay the amount of Rs.3,80,604/-, claimed by the third respondent, as per the impugned notice, dated 21.3.2011, in six equal monthly instalments, starting from the 15th of April, 2011. If the petitioner defaults in payment of the instalments, as permitted by this Court, by this order, it would be open to the respondents to initiate appropriate action against the petitioner, as per law. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
