JUDGMENT Deepak Gupta, J. 1. Shri Sanjeev Kuthiala, learned counsel for the Insurance Company, states that the Insurance Company is ready and willing to pay an amount of Rs.2,98,000/- to the petitioners in full and final settlement of their claims. Shri Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that he has instructions to state that this proposal is acceptable to the petitioners. One of the petitioners, i.e. petitioner No.3 Rohit is present in Court and he states that it is acceptable to all of them. 2. The Insurance Company is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,98,000/- on or before 31st March, 2011 in this Court, failing which they shall pay 12% interest from today. 3. The amount is apportioned as follows:- 1. Smt. Bilma Rajta Rs.1,50,000/- 2. Sh. Raj Kumar and Sh. Rohit Rs.50,000/- each 3. Shri Shamgir Rajta Nil. 4. Smt. Bano Devi Rs.48,000/-. 4. In view of the aforesaid compromise, the award of the learned Court below is set-aside and the claimants are held entitled to Rs.2,98,000/- which has been apportioned as above. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
