JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioner is aggrieved by Annexure P-3, order of transfer. It is submitted that the petitioner is due to retire in around 2 years. It is further submitted that the petitioner has not been relieved as yet nor any substitute has joined in his place. All these aspects, the petitioner may point out before the second respondent, in which case respondent No. 2 will look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law and justice within two weeks. In case, the petitioner is relieved in the meanwhile, he may not be compelled to join the transferred station and it will be open to him to avail the leave. 2. The writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
