JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioner is aggrieved by Annexure P-1, order of transfer. It is submitted that the petitioner was on Census duty. Still further, it is submitted that his wife is suffering from bad health which requires constant attention on medical review. All these aspects, the petitioner may point out before the 3rd respondent, in which case, the 3rd respondent will look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law and justice within a period of two weeks from the date of production of the copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the Writ Petition, by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent. 2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
