JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J. In sequel to orders passed by this Court on 24.2.2011, supplementary affidavit stands filed by respondents No.1 to 3. It is evident from the supplementary affidavit that the post of Part Time Water Carrier is lying vacant in Government Primary School, Tiyun, which falls in Gram Panchayat Manghar, Education Block, Kullu-II. 2. Consequently, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment as Part Time Water Carrier against this post under clause 12 of the Scheme notified on 27th July, 2001 vide Annexure A-15. The pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No costs.
