JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Petitioner was selected and appointed as Lecturer in the subject of History on contract basis in Government Senior Secondary School, Salol, District Kangra on 27.10.1998. Petitioner’s pay was revised on the basis of instructions issued on 25.5.2003 followed by another letter dated 2.8.2003. However, the same has been withdrawn on the basis of communication dated 14.10.2003 and Annexure A-2 issued in the month of November, 2003. Petitioner has not been heard before the issuance of Annexures A-1 and A-2. He has suffered civil and evil consequences. 2. Consequently, the petition is allowed. Annexures A-1 and A-2 dated 14.10.2003 and November, 2003 are quashed and set aside. However, liberty is reserved to the respondents to proceed with the matter in accordance with law. No costs.
