JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers: “(i) That the impugned office order dated 19th March, 2011 may kindly be quashed and set aside qua the petitioner and the petitioner may be held entitled for pension under the Pension Rules, 1972. (ii) That the respondent may kindly be directed to allow the petitioner to subscribe towards the General Provident Fund without insisting him to subscribe towards the Contributory Provident Fund.” 2. It is seen that Annexures P-5 and P-6, representations are pending before the first respondent. There will be a direction to the first respondent to look into the same and take appropriate action with reference to the contentions taken by the petitioner. This shall be done within a period of two weeks. In case Annexure P-4 has not been implemented qua the petitioner so far, proceedings in that regard will be deferred till such time. The petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the respondent immediately. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
