JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J. Mr. Naresh Kaul, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that in view of corrigendum dated 20th March, 2008 (Annexure R-A1), the present petition is rendered infructuous. Consequently, the same is dismissed having become infructuous, so also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
