JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “i) That the writ in the nature mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondents to release the revised pay scales of Rs.1800-3200 to the petitioner as has been done with respect to other employees deployed in different departments as per notification issued on 17.5.2002 and order on 28th July, 2004 for the period 1.1.1986 to 31.12.1995 and the difference of the amount of salary may kindly be directed to be paid along with arrears and interest @ 12% per annum from the date it fell due till its actual realization along with all consequential benefits for which the petitioner humbly prays.” 2. According to the petitioner, he is similarly situated as the petitioners, covered by Mohinder Kumar and ors. Vs. State of H.P. and ors., CWP (T) No. 7171 of 2008, decided on 22.7.2010 (Annexure P-6). It is further submitted that the judgment has been accepted and it has become final and the same has been implemented also. In case, the petitioner is similarly situated, similar treatment shall be extended to the petitioner herein also. Needful in this behalf shall be done by the first respondent within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the first respondent. 3. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
