JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. Theses writ petitions are filed with the identical prayers, one set of such prayers is as follows:- “(i) That writ in the nature of mandamus may very kindly be issued by directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner w.e.f. due date, i.e., July 2002 as per the policy of the State Govt. (ii) That the respondents may further be directed to give the all consequential benefits in the favour of petitioner w.e.f. July, 2002 till the date of regularization with interest @ 18% per annum.” 2. According to the petitioners, their case is covered by the judgment of this Court in CWP No. 1594 of 2008, titled Man Singh versus The State of H.P. and others along with connected matters, dated 27.7.2009. The learned Deputy Advocate General submits that the factual position will have to be verified. Therefore, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the second respondent/competent authority to look into the matter and after verifying the facts take appropriate action in accordance with law in light also of the judgment, referred to above, within four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment and a copy of the judgment, referred to above, along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner concerned. 3. With these observations, these writ petitions stand disposed of, so also the pending application(s) if any.
