JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers: “(a) That a writ in the nature of certiorari may kindly be issued quashing the amended Recruitment and Promotion Rules with regard to appointment of Language Teachers as issued in the month of December, 2009 and notification dated 29.7.2010 may be declared as null and void. (b) That a writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued to consider the candidature of the petitioner for existing posts of Language Teachers by removing the condition of 50% marks in Prabhakar and they may be allowed to participate in the process of appointment or in the alternative the condition of 50% marks in Prabhakar may be impleaded prospectively and not retrospectively. (c) That the respondents may very kindly be restrained to give effect to the amended Rules in respect of posts of Language Teachers till the appointments of the persons/candidates who are trained Graduates and their names have been duly registered in the Employment Exchanges.” 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the case is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in CWP No. 4683 of 2010 decided on 26th November, 2010 titled as Rakesh Kumar and others vs. State of H.P. and another. In case the petitioners herein are also similarly situated as the petitioners in the case referred to above, similar treatment shall be extended to the petitioners herein also. A copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition and the copy of the judgment, as referred to above, shall be produced by the petitioner concerned before the first respondent. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
