JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “1. That the order passed by the Ld. S.D.O (respondent No.3) on dated 16.03.2011 may be quashed and respondent authorities may kindly be directed to make necessary entries in the revenue record and issue the OBC Certificate in favour of the petitioner.” 2. In case, the petitioner belongs to Bhat-Brahmin community and in case, that community has been included in the list of OBC, a certificate in that regard shall be issued to the petitioner within 10 days from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent. 3. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
