Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner, dated 30.10.2008, two cheques had been given to the petitioner relating to the refund of retention amount. 2. In such circumstances, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in the present contempt petition. Hence, this contempt petition stands closed. No cost.
