JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J. (Oral) The case of the petitioner, in a nutshell, is that he is entitled to leave encashment of 42 days. However, it has come in the reply that the petitioner is entitled to leave encashment of 26 days. 2. Consequently, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the amount towards leave encashment of 26 days to the petitioner, if not already paid, within a period of eight weeks' from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgement by the petitioner. No costs.
