JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petitioner has come up in appeal against the judgment dated 14.3.2011. Evidently, the petitioner could not present his case before the learned Single Judge. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, unfortunately and inadvertently the cause list published for that date was not noticed by the learned counsel. In the absence of the writ petitioner, it is submitted that a finding to the grave prejudice of the petitioner has crept in and if given an opportunity, the petitioner will be in a position to substantiate that the factual position is not as what is reflected in the judgment. That is certainly a good ground for the petitioner to approach the learned Single Judge seeking appropriate modification, clarification/review. Without prejudice to such liberty to the writ petitioner to move the learned Single Judge as above, the LPA is closed.
