JUDGMENT Mr. Rakesh Kumar Garg, J.: - The instant revision petition was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 05.10.2011. As per the aforesaid judgment, the petitioners have been granted 09 months time to vacate the demised premises, subject to the conditions as mentioned in the order including that they will file an undertaking to the aforesaid effect before the Rent Controller within one month from the said date. 2. Vide this application, it has been averred that during the course of hearing, on 05.10.2011, the petitioners were granted one year time instead of 09 months as recorded to vacate the premises and thus the aforesaid order dated 05.10.2011 be modified accordingly. Further, a prayer has been made that time be suitable extended to file an undertaking before the Rent Controller, in terms of the said order. 3. Notice of this application was given to the opposite counsel. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents-landlords has no objection, if this application is allowed, as aforesaid. 4. Keeping in view, the submissions made, order dated 05.10.2011 is modified to the extent that petitioners are granted one year time, ‘’instead of 09 months as recorded’’, to vacate the demised premises from the date of said order i.e. 05.10.2011. Resultantly, the petitioners are liable to vacate the demised premises on or before 04.10.2012. Let the petitioners file an undertaking to the aforesaid effect and in terms of earlier order before the Rent Controller upto 12.11.2011. 5. Disposed of. ------------
