JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “i) That a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ or order may kindly be issued directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner as Junior Basic Teacher (JBT) w.e.f. 01.01.2008 instead of 03.02.2009 and further the petitioner be held entitled for the consequential financial benefits and seniority etc.” 2. According to the petitioner, on completion of eight years of service, several similarly situated teachers including juniors have been regularized, whereas regularization has been delayed in the case of the petitioner by more than one year. The petitioner submits that he would file appropriate representation furnishing all factual details before the competent authority within a period of one month from today. It is always open for him to do so. As and when the same is made, the second respondent/competent authority will look into the matter, verify the facts and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
