Judgment :- 1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to move the settlement committee for the settlement of the case. He had also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to move the settlement committee, as prayed for by the petitioner.
