Judgment :- 1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. Based on the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2011 is closed.
