JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioners, who are revenue Chowkidars are aggrieved since they are not granted the daily waged status on completion of 10 years of service. According to them, as per Annexure P-1, policy dated 27.2.2004 followed by Annexure P-2, policy dated 13.10.2009, they are entitled to the status of daily wagers. Therefore, there will be a direction to the second respondent to look into the matter and take appropriate action in terms of the policies within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner concerned before the second respondent. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
