JUDGMENT Deepak Gupta, J. Sh.Vivek Singh Thakur, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record a letter dated 25.7.2006 issued by the Director of Education, Himachal Pradesh which shows that the petitioner has been promoted as Clerk vide order dated 9.2.2006. The main relief having been granted to the petitioner, the petition is disposed of accordingly. In case the petitioner has any other grievance left, he is free to file a fresh petition. No order as to costs.
