JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “(i) That respondents may be ordered to grant daily wage status to the petitioner from the date he completed 10 years of service with all the benefits incidental thereof.” 2. As per the policy dated 27.2.2004 and the subsequent policy, according to the petitioner, he is entitled to have the daily waged status on completion of 10 years of service. Therefore, there will be a direction to the second respondent to look into the matter and take appropriate action in terms of the policy within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
