JUDGMENT 1. - This revision petition has been filed against the order dated 3.7.1997 whereby the revisional Court has set aside the order passed by the trial Court and ordered that charges to be framed against the present petitioners for the offences under Sections 467, 468 and 471, I.P.C. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. The only contention of the present petitioners is that the learned trial Court has thoroughly considered the material available on record but the revisional Court has not given any specific reasons or finding for the same and a non-speaking order has been passed. 4. Looking at the above goes to show that no specific reason has been given by the revisional Court and the order has been passed in a non-speaking manner. Hence this revision petition deserves to be allowed. 6. In view of the above, this revision petition is allowed and the impugned order is set aside and the matter is remanded back to the revisional Court to pass a fresh order after taking into consideration the material available on record.-The parties are directed to appear before the revisional Court on 17.10.2011.Revision allowed . *******
