Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the third respondent. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petitions, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that a total sum of Rs.3,80,000/- had been paid to the petitioner, as full and final settlement of the claims made in the writ petitions. 3. In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent Management, since, no further orders are necessary, these writ petitions stand closed. No costs.
