JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioner has approached this Court with certain grievances regarding his transfer order dated 31st August, 2010. Petitioner has now submitted Annexure A-2, representation pointing out the available vacancy at Government Senior Secondary School, Balugloa, District Kangra. There will be a direction to the Director to take appropriate action by preferentially considering the case of the petitioner in respect of the vacancy as pointed out by him, as above. The needful shall be done within a period of three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the Director. In case, due and admissible salary to the eligible incumbents has not been disbursed, the same shall be disbursed within a period of one month. 2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
