Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders, considering the objections raised by the petitioner, in his reply, dated 25.3.2011, to the impugned notice, dated 21.2.2011, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period. 2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 3. Hence, the respondent is directed to consider the objections raised by the petitioner, in his reply, dated 25.3.2011, and to pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2011 is closed.
