Kishan Lal v. State of H. P.

2011-04-05

KURIAN JOSEPH, SANJAY KAROL

body2011
JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioner is aggrieved since he has not been conferred with daily waged status on completion of 10 years of part time service as a Cook. His further grievance is that on completion of 8 years of daily waged service, he should have been regularized in service. Learned Deputy Advocate General points out that the regular service will depend on the availability of the vacancy. There will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the matter and take appropriate action in light of the policy regarding conferment of daily waged status on completion of 10 years of part time service. He shall also be considered thereafter for regularisation subject to the petitioner’s fulfilling the required period of service as part time service. Needful action as above shall be taken within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. 2. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of , so also the pending application(s) if any.
