JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “i) That a wit of mandamus may kindly be issued to the respondents to grant arrears of three advance increments to their late husbands w.e.f. 1.1.1978 and they may also be ordered to be re-fixed and the monetary benefits which accrued to the late husband of the petitioners in the light of the said submissions may also be ordered to be paid to the petitioners.” 2. According to the petitioners, the issue is covered in their favour by the decision of this Court in Babu Ram vs. State of H.P. It is for the petitioners/legally entitled persons to bring the matter to the notice of the second respondent. In the event of the petitioners approaching the second respondent by way of individual representation along with a copy of the judgment, referred to above, within a period of two months from today, appropriation action in light of the judgment, subject to its finality and implementation by way of a policy decision by the general order, shall be taken by the second respondent within another four months. 3. The petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
