JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “ That the present petition may kindly be allowed and the investigation of the case bearing FIR No. 42 of 2010, dated 7.2.2010 relating to Police Station Jawali, District Kangra, H.P. may kindly be ordered to be handed over to the C.B.I. or any other independent agency for fair and proper investigation of the case, in the interest of justice.” 2. The Investigating Officer is present in the Court. It is brought to the notice that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been laid before the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jawali, District Kangra on 27.9.2010. In the above circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed in this case by this Court at this stage. It is for the petitioner to pursue further action as required under the law, if so advised, before the learned Magistrate or seek other appropriate remedies. 3. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
